I want to publicly acknowledge Raul Macias, who took exceptional care of my claim when I was sideswiped on my Mercedes-Benz. It did take a few months for the parts to come in, but he kept me updated the entire time. My Mercedes was also ready ahead of the date given. When I went to pick up my car, I miscalculated the number of miles it had from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. It was over 1000 miles. I was so upset to think that they could’ve been driving my car around and when I called and demanded answers, Raul handled himself very politely and respectfully. It turns out the mileage that was printed on the report was when I had initially taken it in months back not the recent one when they actually started working on my car. I felt so bad that I was quick to think that they had been driving my car around. Of course I apologized profusely but in any case I still wanted to thank them for the exceptional job they did. Raul was super kind and respectful, even though I kind of chewed him out. Thank you again Fox Family Auto Body Shop. You guys were awesome!!

I had taken my car to get repaired twice (which it came out perfect) however I left one singular item in the back of my car and once I got my car back the item was gone. I’m usually good about taking everything out because sadly people like to steal. I had a good experience with them before and I had just forgotten to take out the item before dropping off my car but I thought I could trust leaving 1 item and I would just retrieved it once my car was done. I had called just to see if they would give back the item (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) but of course they claim no one took it. Sadly I don’t trust taking my car back because who knows what else happens when you leave your car there…

Rene Villegas made my first time at a body shop for an accident feel seamless. I can’t talk enough about how easy and simple the process was and how amazing his communication with my insurance kept me up to date. They finished earlier than the ETA and the work was FLAWLESS. This is my one and only recommendation for a body shop and Rene as an advisor!

UPDATE I received my vehicle back and it is perfect in every way, right down to the smooth-as-glass surfaces of the paint. Their pride of service is evident at every step. At first, I was a loyal customer of Caliber Collision, particularly the one located on North Mesa Street, in El Paso TX. But... When my vehicle's driver door was severely damaged, and having a window that would not go back up, I reached out to Giovanni at Caliber Collision. He saw the window and said it could not be raised. When I expressed concern about water damage to the interior leather and electronics, he put a sheet of collision wrap on the window--essentially a large piece of thicker Saran Wrap. Driving became a concern as the piece of plastic started to come away from the vehicle. I could not use the freeway, or drive much over 15 mph. While there, I sought to make an appointment for an estimate but was told they could not do that until they had the claim number attached to them. So I called the insurance company and got the claim number attached to them, but the soonest appointment I could get was for 8 days later which I accepted. First of all, if you’ve read any of my reviews you know how picky I am when it comes to customer service, educated staff and quality of products/services. I was referred to this shop by the adjuster and a couple of coworkers who have had work done here before. It didnt hurt that it wasnt far from home either. But they did thorough work with only a hiccup or two which was quickly resolved with some out source questioning. So when I barely had my car 7 days before it was hit in the same $!@* place it was easy for me to take it right back to them to fix again.
